Brewed Blossoms
Brewed Blossoms is a handcrafted shirt project that blends natural techniques with intricate artistry. The shirt began as a blank white canvas, which was transformed into a warm tan-beige tone using coffee dye, embracing sustainability and natural aesthetics. The surface is adorned with delicate embroidered floral patterns, enhanced with shimmering beadwork for added dimension and texture.
To bring the motifs to life, the flowers were hand-painted inside, creating a vibrant interplay of colors against the neutral background. This project reflects a harmonious blend of craftsmanship and eco-friendly practices, offering a fresh perspective on reimagining everyday fashion
1 | Inspiration Board
The project began by assembling an inspiration board, featuring concept-related images, defining keywords, and crafting a cohesive color palette of earthy tones. This visual guide shaped the design direction and ensured consistency throughout the creative process.

2 | Dyeing and Embroidery
A white cotton shirt was dyed with coffee multiple times, with washing and drying between each session to refine the tone. Once the perfect color was achieved, alum was used to fix the dye naturally. Floral motifs were then sketched onto the fabric, and embroidery work began, incorporating beads for texture and elegance.

3 | Finished Product Images
The embroidered florals were enhanced with hand-painted details and highlights to add vibrancy and depth. After trimming extra threads, the shirt was pressed neatly, ready to showcase the seamless fusion of natural dyeing, embroidery, and painting.​
